Drop /Refund Policies

REFUNDS: Once tuition is paid a spot is reserved for your child in the class of your choice. There will be no refunds offered even if you do not attend the first class. The spot was reserved for you and you are responsible to pay for the reserved seat.

DROP CLASSES: If you wish to drop a class, you are responsible for notifying the studio in writing Please DO NOT assume that we will take care of the matter or that we will assume you have dropped. You are responsible for tuition until we receive written notification In order to drop a class requires a 30-day written notice via email. If 30-daywritten paid notice is not provided, the account will continue to be due and payable. No withdrawals are accepted after March 1st when Spring Performance rehearsals begin. There are no refunds for missed classes.

Makeup Classes

Makeup classes are available within the same month of the missed class and if there is availability in another class without exceeding the class size limit. Children may make up upto 3 missed classes in a semester but they are not guaranteed.

Privacy Policy

Creative Kids Express reserves the right to photograph and videotape programs and participants for training, advertising, or any other lawful business purpose. Any photographs used will not identify students by name without written permission. Customer information is for internal use only and will not be sold to outside parties.
